Project Summary:
Remove and replace  900 Amp Hour  lead acid battery bank with 2 X 600 amp hour Lithium Ion batteries.
Install and wire all Battery Management Systems for operation and monitoring of Lithium batteries.
Install and wire a 375 amp hour alternator with serpentine belt and external regulators on the port and starboard main engines.
Install and wire 1400 watts of solar panels, including regulators and controls.

Sea trials proved project design goals:

• Fast charge time via engine alternators for depleted Lithium battery bank.

• Sustainable float charge for standard DC house loads via solar panels.

• Operation of onboard AC loads through yachts invertor off Lithium battery bank,  to power both washer/dryer and air-conditioning.
